The list of the globally most wanted does show that under a multi-polar world only the most powerful get to pick their enemies first.
Bin Laden may be one of the most wanted men for some but others he is reverred as the harbinger of a Islamic revolution.
Its a clash of civilisations that is pitching one set of people against another, causing immense destruction and suffering for many around the globe.
The law, national or international only abides by the rich and powerful, and the weak resort to pick up the gun for meeting the ends of justice.
Violence always breeds violence and one nations terrorist is anothers nations freedom fighter.
